Secondary ASA Overview

Please Note:

• T3 Secondary ASA Sign Up
   
  – If you do not wish to select an ASA on a certain day you can leave that section blank, if you make a mistake and wish to unselect an ASA then just select ‘None’.
  – Y9 AND Y11 MUST CHOOSE A SERVICE ASA IN TRIMESTER 3. (if your child did not fulfill their Service requirement, please select a Service ASA for T3.)
  
  – As part of our efforts to increase the impact of our ASA Programme, and to increase student safety, we have introduced a new system for processing absences. All absences from ASAs must be authorised by a parent. Please also be reminded that you can check attendance on ManageBac.
  
  -For Service activities, please be aware that you may receive an email from our administration team/the teacher supervisor to notify you of any absences. If absences are too frequent, a meeting will take place between the student and the Service Coordinator and this could result in repeating the Trimester.

Upper Primary ASA Overview

Please Note: 

• T3 Upper Primary ASA Sign Up 
  
  – Upper Primary students can select a maximum of 4 x ASAs.
  
  – If you do not wish to select an ASA on a certain day you can leave that section blank, if you make a mistake and wish to unselect an ASA then just select ‘None’.
  
  – Many of the ASAs have a maximum number of students, when this number has been reached you will be unable to select that ASA.
  
  – Ballet ASA has been moved to Monday 2-3.
  
  – All absences must be excused for security purposes, an email to the instructor or class teacher would do.[/expand]

Lower Primary ASA Overview

Please Note:

• T3 Lower Primary ASA Sign Up 
  
  – Lower Primary students can select a maximum of 2 x ASAs.
  
  – If you do not wish to select an ASA on a certain day you can leave that section blank, if you make a mistake and wish to unselect an ASA then just select ‘None’.
  
  – Many of the ASAs have a maximum number of students, when this number has been reached you will be unable to select that ASA.
  
  – When the form is complete you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your selections.
  
  – Paid ASAs will require the full amount by [/expand]
